<h3>Easy Installation</h3>
<p>Inter-Lock has a unique locking system that allows each segment to slide and lock into place. One standard 4’x8’ section is composed of one set of legs, two side rails, and four unitized deck panels (4’x2’). Almost all parts are interchangeable, no fasteners are required, and since only stairs weigh more than 30 pounds, one person can install a 300 square foot staging system in less than one hour. No need to hire expensive set-up crews, no more hassels with heavy, high-maintenance platform systems that need to be continually replaced. Height of the stage legs and stairs are adjustable to accommodate uneven floors.</p>
<h3>Versatility</h3>
<p>Staging requirements change from time to time. Inter-Lock’s modular design offers an almost unlimited variety of layout options to conform to show and retail display needs. Sections can easily added or reconfigured, with standard sections being 8’ long and multiples of 3’ and 4’ widths. Custom widths, lengths, and angles are also available.</p>
<p>Stage heights are built to order. Stage legs have 18” of height adjustability. We recommend the stage height to be a multiple of 7” because the stairs have a 7” rise between treads. If the desired deck height is not a multiple of 7”, the rise from the floor to the first step and the rise from the top step to the stage may be varied during installation. Modular stair steps may also be added. The modular steps have a 7” rise each and may be used as one or two added steps permitting 14” of variation in the stage height. Thus, stairs should be ordered for minimum stage height. Multi-level stages are possible. For height variances of 21” or less, a starter kit and modular stairs will enable the lower stage to attach to one of the legs of the higher stage. For height variances greater than 21”, stairs are used between stage sections.</p>
<h3>Advanced Construction</h3>
<p>Advanced engineering, heavy duty industrial grade materials, and manufacturing facility control all blend intelligently together to create a staging system with extraordinary durability and long life, whether used indoors or out. Inter-Lock utilizes only rust-proof aluminum extrusions and castings with stainless steel fasteners. There are no protrusions or sharp edges and Inter-Lock is certified by independent, registered professional engineers to meet or exceed national building codes. </p>
<p>Maximum standard stage height if 92”. Greater heights can be obtained in various ways. Please call us with your requirements to discuss options. Handrail are aluminum pipe securely fastened to the stage and stair decks. Standard netting prevents children from climbing rails and slipping off the edge. Risers may be added to steps to prevent slippage and contribute to overall aesthetics.</p>
<h3>Decking Options</h3>
<p>As a leader in portable staging system design, Inter-Lock offers choices in standard decking materials, all using the same frame. PAMdeck is the most popular decking choice, offering a skid resistant surface that is very comfortable for walking and has a long life for exterior applications. PAMdeck features a solid deck surface (no gaps) which accommodates all types of footwear and display items. PAMdeck is formulated from the highest quality exterior grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and is available in beige or white. Both stay cool in the sun when used in outdoor displays. (Some marine retailers and manufacturers appreciate the ability to purchase legs and frame only. They install their own deck, permitting cost savings and customization.</p>
<p>Inter-Lock is also available in ¾” plywood decking. Plywood panels are available in standard 2’ panel lengths or special order lengths of 4’ or 8’. Carpet can be glued to the panels by Windsor Industries or added by the purchaser. Carpeting has the advantage of promoting corporate color identity.</p>
<h3>Corporate Identification</h3>
<p>In addition to carpet color choice, Inter-Lock will help your firm promote its unique corporate identity and image. Handrail netting can be replaced with canvas or vinyl signage with your company’s color, name and/or logo. Stairs may have risers added with messages reinforcing your firm’s identity. Side drapes provide many opportunities for corporate image building.</p>
<h3>Compact Transportation and Storage</h3>
<p>Inter-Lock’s lightweight and compact construction ensures hassle-free transportation and simple storage. A 4’x8’ section weighs only 110 pounds, and more than 300 square feet will fit in a full size van. When not in use, Inter-Lock stores in a minimum amount of space.</p>
